Elk Falls Ranch Property Owners’ Association, Inc.
Elk Falls Ranch Property Owners’ Association, Inc. is a not-for-profit corporation, in good standing, since 1965. The intent of the corporation is to preserve the integrity of the area and lifestyle.
The corporation was formed and incorporated for:
a) The promotion, improvement and protection of property values of the Ranch by maintaining the area as a highly desirable single-dwelling residential neighborhood possessing features of extraordinary value.
b) Improvement, maintenance and repair of roads within the area represented by the Elk Falls Ranch Property Owners’ Association.

MEETINGS:
An annual meeting for all residents is held each May.
An annual budget meeting for all residents is held in February.
An elected, volunteer Board of Directors hold meetings, open to all residents, monthly or as needed. Dates and times are announced in advance.

Elk Falls Ranch Property Owners’ Association Annual Meeting
May is the normal Annual Meeting timeframe. Attendance is welcome in-person, via WebEx or telephone. Information and agenda will be mailed to residents prior to the meeting.
The 2025 Annual Meeting was held May 4, 2025 at Elk Creek Fire Department, 11993 Blackfoot Road, Conifer.
2025 Annual Budget Meeting
The 2025 Budget Meeting was held February 23, 2025 at Elk Creek Fire Department, 11993 Blackfoot Road, Conifer. The 2025 budget was approved as presented.
